Our companies act in accordance with the regulations stipulated in KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data. Without prejudice to the exceptional circumstances contained in the legislation, personal data and specially qualified data are not transferred to other natural or legal persons without the express consent of the data owner. In exceptional cases stipulated by KVKK and other legislation, utmost care is taken to comply with the forms and limitations stipulated in the legislation during the transfer of personal data to the authorized administrative or judicial institutions or private institutions.
